A mantra for peace

We tend to feel helpless when we watch others struggle and not know how to help. It’s easy to get lost in overthinking or finding reason in situations that are far beyond our control or understanding. There may be karmic reasons beyond our perspective that are driving the manifestation of certain situations. It’s not our place to judge, but it is our Dharma to support action towards truth, peace and unity.

AUM SAMASTHA LOKA SUKHINO BHAVANTHU

May all beings, in all worlds, always be happy

This mantra is something I come back to when I have nothing else to offer. May all beings in all worlds, always be happy. No judgment, just love.

Pray for those who are facing injustice, violence and oppression. Pray for those who have fear and greed clouding their innate sense of divinity and love. Adharmic practices anywhere in the world lowers the collective conscious as a whole. We rise by healing together. Pray for all of humanity to overcome our illusionary ego tendencies and become one with love.

Repeat this mantra for 21 times everyday. If possible, use a clear quartz crystal which will amplify the power of the mantra. Chanting in a group also amplifies the power of a mantra.

You can also play the audio version of this mantra. You may find a different version of this mantra which is “Loka Samastha Sukhino Bhavantu”. This has a slight difference in it’s meaning to “May all beings in the world be happy”.
